If you’ve ordered a product from our store and are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not accept returns of items which have been worn or used. Please contact us first before sending any item back to us. Contact us via our contact us page or by emailing us at email@example.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to shipping your return. When shipping the item back to us, please include your RMA number so that we can expedite your return. Only returns with RMA numbers will be accepted so please contact us prior to sending us your return.
All orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, if you are in the US or depending on how far you are away from California. Please ensure that you enter in your correct mailing address before submitting an order to avoid any delays in shipping. We are not responsible for any damages or delays during delivery by the shipping company, but we always do our best to ensure a prompt and problem free delivery.
For the time being we are not providing Express same day delivery as a shipping method; we will allow express delivery at a later time. If you have any questions regarding shipping or a specific order please contact us and we will respond back as soon as possible.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER/UNDELIVERABLE
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. You can view and edit your shipping address in your account page. Any order returned to us due to non-delivery will require a reshipping fee to reship your order. If your order was returned to us, please contact us so we can arrange reshipment.
